Today, I wanted to share a quick tip with you that has allowed me to add more steamed veggies to my diet: Ziplock Zip ‘n Steam bags! In an effort to eat more healthy, I wanted to steam my veggies instead of boiling them or sauteing them. Steaming your veggies is a great way to preserve most of their nutrients while not compromising taste.
