INGREDIENTS:

Spice Mix
1 ½ teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon of cayenne powder
½ teaspoon of dried thyme leaves

Burgers
1 pound (80% lean) ground beef
One small onion, minced in your food processor
½ cup of diced green onion
Spice mix
