Are There Any Skinny Fiber Side Effects?

skinny fiber side effectsWhether there are any side effects to Skinny Fiber is a very valid question and one I asked myself. I’ve taken a few different kinds of diet pills in my time and have usually felt jittery, shaky, nauseous, or even developed a headache or sometimes even a rapid heart beat. Ugh.. who wants that!

Does Skinny Fiber Have Side Effects?

In all of my research on Skinny Fiber, I did not find any reports of side effects from people taking this product (other than desired effect of weight loss). However, some people may experience an increase in their number bowel movements because of the increased fiber intake and the elimination of toxins, but this is usually beneficial to your overall health and weight loss.  It’s important to note that everyone is different, so while some people may experience no side effects others may notice something different (especially if they’ve ever had any plant sensitivity).

For your convenience, I’ve compiled the following information from WebMD.com on some of the individual Skinny Fiber ingredients. PLEASE NOTE: I am NOT a medical professional and the following should be used for informational purposes only. [Why?]
