Sauce:
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 cup green onions, chopped
5 cloves garlic, minced
½ Tablespoon red chili flakes*
½ teaspoon curry powder
2 Tablespoons white wine vinegar
1½ cups coconut milk, whole canned
1 teaspoon sea salt
